Incentive Impact Statement:
The Season III token incentives will be instrumental in driving user adoption by offering enhanced returns for early participants, effectively boosting both acquisition and retention while accelerating total value locked (TVL) growth. To further reduce barriers, we will cover gas fees for early users, streamlining engagement with our protocol and making it even more appealing.
Additionally, a dedicated portion of our liquidity will be directed toward over-collateralization and insurance mechanisms, reinforcing platform stability and protecting users against liquidity shocks. These combined initiatives foster strong user growth, deepen engagement, and build a foundation for long-term sustainability, establishing Avalon Labs as a leading, trusted BTCFi provider in the DeFi ecosystem.
