  • Mitosis Ecosystem Owned Liquidity (EOL) is in Beta mode and currently seeking efficient asset allocation across Mode Network protocols and projects. Automating liquidity utilization in Mode DeFi opportunities helps improve the ability to use liquidity productively on Mode Network.

Incentive Impact Statement:

Mitosis will use the incentives from Season 3 to encourage efficient liquidity allocation through its utilization in current and future Mode yield opportunities. On the flip side, this also provides liquidity to Mode DeFi protocols and ensures that this is productive.

The incentives will be prioritized across new assets such as LRTs/LSTs, new stablecoins and others that can help differentiate the Mode Ecosystem by becoming a hub for operations around these tokens, such as trading, loans, collateralization and more.

Emissions will be allocated to:

  • Pre-deposit asset campaigns involve Mitosis, asset teams, and project teams looking to secure liquidity in their protocol.

  • Incentivize the direct usage of assets on Mode Network within protocols and projects. This will improve direct liquidity across Mode Network in accordance with competitive short-term and long-term yield opportunities on Mode.

  • Boost the incentives for supporting new assets within Mitosis EOL on Mode Network with Emissions to pull in more liquidity from multi-chain DeFi. This will also facilitate high ease of support for Mode DeFi as liquidity is allocated to Mode protocols and projects based on EOL Governance.

Roadmap

Mitosis currently supports ezETH and eETH from Renzo and Ether Fi, respectively. Given the teams’ support, Mitosis looks to expand the asset offerings on Mode.

Mitosis is currently in EOL Beta. What this means for Mode is that miAssets on Mode are siloed to the chain. The launch of Mitosis Chain Mainnet will help support Mode opportunities while enabling deeper fungibility cross-chain and more complex operations by utilizing Mode.

Partnerships

Mitosis works with major players within Mode DeFi, such as Ionic and Sturdy. To ensure the long-term success of Mode Network, Mitosis continues to broaden offerings with additional partnerships, including protocols from other DeFi categories and novel DeFi experimentation.
