Epoch Distribution Plan and Distribution Reports Form
This form is required only for protocols that are not using Merkl for incentive distribution. If you are using Merkl, you are exempt from submitting this form to maintain Epoch gauge eligibility.

Submission Guidelines
• Distribution Plan: Submit prior to or within 48 hours of receiving incentives.
• Prior Epoch Report: Submit by the end of the next Epoch’s voting window.
For example
- Reports for Epoch 1 distributions must be submitted by the end of the voting window for Epoch 3.
- Reports for Epoch 2 distributions must be submitted by the end of the voting window for Epoch 4, and so on.
Regarding this form, if it’s easier, you may submit a link to an external public document (e.g., a Google Doc or Spreadsheet) that includes the required details instead of providing responses here.

Incentive Distribution Plan (Current/Upcoming Epoch)

• Distribution Methodology: Velodrome has developed xOP, a token implementation that allows protocols to deposit OP tokens as incentives to attract veVELO votes on Mode. With xOP deployment, Velodrome will distribute all incentives for Mode pools over a 4-6 week timeline, resulting in a constant stream of xVELO to liquidity providers.

• Targeted User Actions: veVELO voters will receive xOP in exchange for their votes to Mode pools. Liquidity Providers will receive xVELO.
